David Bartlett:  In-Country Director

Married to wife, Ellen, and currently reside in Bolgatanga, Ghana, West Africa, via Marietta, Georgia, where we were called into full time ministry in the areas of healing and restoration from addictions.  Together, Ellen and I have eight children and 20 grandchildren.   I first met Troy and Casie, co-founders of One Step In Faith, when we traveled as part of a mission team sent from Riverstone Church to Ghana in 2010. 

Eric Chandler:  Development and Projects Director Married with 3 children and running my own business, my life is pretty full.  The Haights have been friends of the family for a few years, having met at Riverstone Church, Marietta, Georgia.  Through the stories and passion they would share with us about Ghana, I felt the call to join them on their return trip in February 2013.  It was a blessing to not only participate and join in the work being done, but to have had the opportunity to share this experience with 13 year old son, Chase.  I knew I needed to become an active part in the work they were beginning in Ghana, so I joined the OSIF team.







DiDi Humprey:  Operations DirectorBlessed to be married to a wonderful friend and partner in life, Kevin.  God has been drawing me closer to Him, finding more time to join Him in his work in our community, as well as the work in Ghana through One Step In Faith.  Dave and Ellen Bartlett moved into our home shortly before their departed to Ghana as full time cross-cultural workers.  It was such a sweet time, as we got to know and spend time with this dear couple.  Prior to their move, Dave and Ellen introduced us to their friends, Troy and Casie Haight.  The Haights have been friends ever since.  They asked us to pray about joining in the work God was doing in Ghana with both them and the Bartlett's.  Through prayer and patience, God opened the door and I can't wait for all God has as this journey continues.

I am a wife, mother of one (daughter) and live in Decatur, GA.  Born and raise in Canada, I have lived and traveled all over, from Kuwait to UK.  Although today, USA is my home.  Because Troy is my husband's brother, we began following the work God was doing through Troy and Casie and OSIF.  With my financial career background, I was approached about the Treasurer/CFO opening.  I accepted, starting January 2014.  I have been touched and blessed to learn and be a part of God's with OSIF, looking forward to what the future holds.
